Volatco (Cartheur Research) is the controller for data processed through this website.

We currently operate a mostly static informational site. We do not intentionally collect account data or payment data on this domain. We may process limited technical metadata required to deliver and secure the site, such as request logs, IP addresses, and browser information.

3. Cookie and Similar Technology Use

Our current deployment is configured to avoid non-essential analytics and advertising trackers on this domain. Security and infrastructure providers may set strictly necessary cookies where required for traffic routing, abuse prevention, or service integrity.
